"Lucky One" vs "Safe One": Which One are You?

Imagine this... you go to the hospital for a simple/regular procedure, that you are put under anesthesia for, and you spend a little time in the recovery room afterword before you are released to go home. You go home and begin your recovery, dreading that intense rehab that is to come. Over the course of a the next day, you begin to have an itch in your nose that you just can't scratch enough. That itch becomes pain and you begin to feel ill. You brush it off as allergies or a cold you may have caught while in the waiting room at the hospital. The next day, you feel like your nose is on fire and you start to feel as though that "cold" may be the flu because you are cold, you have a fever and you have a TERRIBLE headache. Taking flu medicine isn't even touching it. As you stand in the bathroom after taking your medicine, you look at yourself in the mirror and see the color has left your face. You do, however, notice a large red bump on your nose that looks like a large pimple. The next day you are forced, by your spouse, to go to the ER because you are having chest pains and shortness of breath. Are you having a heart attack? The doctor finally comes back to see you and after a short time states that you have an infection on your nose that has started to spread into your sinuses and they need to do an emergency surgery to remove the dead tissue and clean out the infection before it reaches your brain. When all is said and done, you end of loosing your nose and a portion of your cheek. Now, imagine that through all of that... you are the LUCKY ONE!

Everyday, all over the country, people go to a healthcare facility (Hospital, Dentist, Urgent Care, etc...) for a simple ailment or procedure and end up contracting a Healthcare Associated Infection (HAI). According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), each year 1.7 Million people are infected with HAI's during their stay at a healthcare establishment. Sadly, out of those 1.7 Million "lucky ones", 99,000 people die from those infections. 99,000 people each year! 99,000 Mothers, Daughter, Fathers, Sons, friends and strangers... DEAD. Remember... infections that had ZERO to do with their being at the hospital in the first place. The next time you are in the waiting room at the ER, look around... Count out 20 people, including yourself. According to statistics from the Journal from Emerging Infectious Disease, one of the 20 of you will acquire some form of an HAI during your time there. That can be scary enough if you are young and single, but imagine that you are in the ER at the hospital with your child after they broke their finger. Do you want to risk that THEY will be the "Lucky One"... or would you want them to be the "Safe One"?

They CAN be the safe one, and so can you! The reason the hospitals are having an issue with HAI's (MRSA, C-Diff, VRE, CRE, CAUTI, etc...) is that they are using solutions to clean and sanitize the highest risk areas that simply don't work. Our company, Viking Pure, has developed a one-of-a-kind, patented, solution to these vary issues. The Viking Pure Family of Electrolyzed Water Systems give you the ability to produce the end all, game changing products that takes those numbers (1.7 million infected and 99,000 dead) down as close to ZERO as possible. Hypochlorous Acid produced by Viking Pure Electrolyzed Water Systems has been proven, time and time again, to kill, eliminate and exterminate every pathogen we have thrown at it in SECONDS (NOT Minutes like the products they are currently using).
